Swing by Thursdays after 3:30 to pick up some ready-to-eat Ribs & Wings, available hot from the smoker. Dinner made easy!


Old Hoosier’s award-winning BBQ Smoked Ribs are fully cooked baby back ribs prepared with our signature Competition Dry Rub. These ribs have no sauce on them (trust us, you won’t need it), are sold by the slab, & feed 2-3 people.

We often sell out of ribs & encourage customers to call ahead to reserve a slab (or 4!).

Old Hoosier’s Smoked Chicken Wings are fully cooked drummettes & flats prepared with our signature Competition Dry Rub. These wings are available Naked (dry rub only) or Buffalo (dry rub + Frank’s RedHot) style, & sold by the pound (8-10wings/lb).

We often sell out of wings & encourage customers to call ahead to reserve ‘em.

Pulled Pork & Smoked Brisket

Old Hoosier’s Pulled Pork & Smoked Brisket are fully cooked & available warm from the roaster most Thursdays, Fridays, & Saturdays.

Both of these meats are slathered in our Competition Dry Rub, slow-cooked in our smoker, & finished up with a bit of Daddy Sam’s Ginger Jalapeño BBQ Sauce.
